中俄东线黑龙江穿越测量的关键问题

Key issues on the crossing survey of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline in Heilongjiang River

  • 摘要: 中俄东线天然气管道的黑龙江穿越工程跨越中俄两国边界,在其测量作业中面临诸多问题。通过介绍中俄东线黑龙江盾构穿越测量作业流程,简要分析了各工序采用的主要技术手段。鉴于这类跨越国境测量项目的重要性和特殊性,对实际工作进行了梳理,总结了测量作业中出现的有关坐标系选择、施工放样的问题,并提出了行之有效的解决方法,为今后类似的跨境测量项目积累了宝贵经验。

     

    Abstract: The Heilongjiang River crossing project of the China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline crosses the border between China and Russia, so its survey faces with many difficulties. In this paper, the survey process for Heilongjiang River shield crossing of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline was introduced, and the main technologies adopted in each step were analyzed briefly. Considering the importance and particularity of this kind of border crossing survey projects, the actual operation was analyzed and reflected. The problems of coordinate selection and construction layout in the process of surveying operation were summarized and the effective solutions are put forward correspondingly. It accumulates the valuable experience for similar border crossing survey projects in the future.
