压缩机组故障统计及故障树分析

  • 摘要: 为了保障长输天然气管道压缩机组平稳运行,对2011-2015年西气东输一线、西气东输二线、中亚管道、陕京管道及涩宁兰管道运行的压缩机组故障进行分类统计。针对不同的管道、输气年份、驱动方式及故障类型,分析了压缩机组的故障情况,对比了压缩机组故障数据呈现的趋势,建立了压缩机组故障树,计算出了压缩机组故障事件的概率。结果表明:辅助设备和运行参数异常是造成长输管道中压缩机组故障的主要原因,随着管道运行时间的延长,压缩机组的故障次数呈现逐年下降趋势。定期开展压缩机组辅助系统故障排查工作,可以有效降低压缩机组故障发生的频率。

     

    Abstract: In order to keep the stable running of compressor sets in long-distance gas pipelines, classification statistics was conducted on the faults of compressor sets that were in service in the First and Second West-East Gas Pipelines, Central Asia Gas Pipeline, Shaanxi-Beijing Gas Pipeline and Sebei-Xining-Lanzhou Gas Pipeline during 2011-2015. These faults were analyzed based on different pipelines, service years, driving modes and faults types, and the trends of fault data of compressor sets were compared. Then, the fault trees were built and the probabilities of compressor set faults were calculated. It is indicated that the anomalies of auxiliary equipments and operating parameters are the main reasons for the faults of compressor sets in long-distance gas pipelines, and with the advancing of the pipeline operation, the fault frequency of compressor sets in long-distance gas pipelines decreases year after year. The fault frequency of compressor sets can be decreased effectively by performing regular troubleshooting on the auxiliary equipments of compressor sets.
