原油港口泊位组通过能力计算方法

A calculation method for the throughput capacity of berth group at crude oil terminals

  • 摘要: 为了解决原油港口扩建项目中依靠传统标准计算法评估泊位组通过能力局限性的问题,对泊位组通过能力的计算方法开展研究。比较分析了标准计算法、排队论计算法及数值模拟计算法,结果表明:标准计算法只是单纯的单泊位通过能力的叠加,对于泊位组的计算精确度有限;排队论计算法公式较为复杂,不适于工程应用;数值模拟计算法依赖于计算机穷举计算,输入条件有限制,不能很好地模拟真实情况。基于此,结合以上3种方法,提出了更合理的原油港口泊位组通过能力计算方法,其有助于提高港口评估能力的工程计算精确度。

     

    Abstract: When the traditional standard calculation method is used in the expansion projects of crude oil terminals, it is limited in evaluating the throughput capacity of berth group. To solve this problem, the methods for calculating the throughput capacity of berth group were investigated in this paper. Standard calculation method, queuing calculation method and numerical simulation method were analyzed and compared. It is indicated that when the standard calculation method is adopted, only the sum of throughout capacity of each berth is obtained, so the calculation accuracy of berth group is limited. The calculation formula of queuing theory is complicated, so it is not suitable for engineering application. The numerical simulation method is dependent on the exhaustive enumeration of computers and the input condition is restricted, so it cannot simulate the actual situations well. In this paper, a more reasonable method for calculating the throughput capacity of berth group at crude oil terminals was proposed by combining above three methods. And it is conducive to increasing the engineering calculation accuracy of terminal assessment capacity.
