Design and application of ϕ 813-ϕ 914-ϕ 1 016 interconnection 4-way fitting

  • 摘要: 为了实现川气东送与西气东输二线之间直径为813 mm的连络管道不停输,需要设计适用于带压开孔工艺的ϕ 813-ϕ 914-ϕ 1 016互连四通。互连四通强度设计符合压力容器开孔补强原理,整体结构近似于“上”字形,四通内配有卡环机构和塞柄机构,能够实现开孔作业后四通的自密封,便于拆除辅助阀门和开孔机具。考虑到管道日常运营中的清管、通球检测需求,设计了透气挡条机构,既确保了开孔后的通透性,又保证了管道内壁的几何完整性,最大限度地减少了开孔对管道的影响。现场应用结果表明:ϕ 813-ϕ 914-ϕ 1 016互连四通实现了不停输连通管道的要求,达到了预期设计目标。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the pipeline (ϕ 813 mm) between the Sichuan-to-East Gas Pipeline and the 2nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline connected without shutdown, it is necessary to design the ϕ 813-ϕ 914-ϕ 1 016 interconnection 4-way fitting which is applicable to hot tapping. The fitting strength design meets the opening reinforcement principle of pressure vessel and the overall structure resembles the shape of "上". The 4-way fitting is equipped with ring segment and completion plug in order to achieve the fitting self-sealing after the hot tapping and facilitate the disassembly of the auxiliary valve and hot tapping equipments. To satisfy the requirements of pipeline pigging and pigging test during pipeline's daily operation, the baffle bar is designed to ensure the permeability after the hot tapping and the geometric integrity of inner pipeline wall and reduce the influence of hot tapping on the pipeline to the uttermost. And it is shown from its field application that the ϕ 813- ϕ 914-ϕ 1 016 interconnection 4-way fitting can meet the requirement of pipeline connection without shutdown, reaching the expected design target.
