长输管道死口组对的计算模型与操作方法

Computation model and operation method for tie-in of long-distance pipeline

  • 摘要: 长输管道维抢修换管作业通常会进行死口组对工作,不仅难度较大,且耗时较长。目前中国尚无针对不同管径的死口组对标准,解决死口组对问题通常凭借管工自身工作经验和传统操作方法,施工误差较大。为了提高长输管道死口组对效率和质量,对各类死口组对情况,尤其是管道异面情况下的组对进行了分析。通过对固定管口与中间短节组对的平面投影分析,给出固定管口下料计算公式;运用空间解析几何方法,重点对中间短节的下料方法进行了分析,并通过数学建模和参数化方程,给出死口组对中间短节的下料计算公式和操作方法,从而为提高长输管道维抢修换管作业效率、降低施工风险提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: While pipe replacement is performed for urgent repair of long-distance pipelines, tie-in operation is generally necessary, but it lasts long time with high difficulty. At present, there is no criterion for tie-in of different pipe diameters in China. Tie-in operation usually depends on plumbers' own work experience and traditional operation methods, so the operation errors are larger. In order to improve tie-in efficiency and quality of long-distance pipelines, all kinds of tie-in situations were analyzed, especially that with bifacial pipes. The computation formula for the material cutting of fixed nozzle was established by analyzing the plane projection of fixed nozzle and intermediate nipple assembly. The material cutting method for intermediate nipple was mainly analyzed by means of space analytic geometry. And finally, the material cutting calculation formula and operation method for intermediate nipple of tie-in were provided by mathematical modeling and parameterization equation. The research results improve the operation efficiency of pipe replacement in the urgent repair of long-distance pipelines and reduce the operation risks.
