Abstract:
In order to ensure the safety of centrifugal compressor set in the process of gas pipeline transportation, overcome the inconvenience caused by wide distribution scope and remote location of compressor set and inconvenient traffic, reduce the cost of vibration analysis, various vibration monitoring diagrams were plotted and configured by establishing the threelayer C/S network structure based on the remote monitoring system for compressor set of PetroChina Pipeline Compressor Set Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Center. It is indicated that this monitoring system ensures the real-time, security and flexibility of the communication network, and realizes the functions of real-time monitoring and historical data analysis. The analysis on the vibration data is conducive to confirm the operation state of the compressor set and ensure its smooth and safe operation. The realization of various functions in this system can be used as the reference for the establishment of similar systems.
