基于3层C/S结构的离心式压缩机组振动监测系统

A vibration monitoring system for centrifugal compressor set based on the three-layer C/S structure

  • 摘要: 为了保障天然气管道输送过程中离心式压缩机组的安全运行,克服压缩机组地域分布广、地区偏远、交通不便利带来的不便,缩减振动分析成本,基于中国石油管道压缩机组维检修中心的压缩机组远程监测系统,通过构建3层C/S网络结构完成了振动监测各类图表的绘制和组态。研究结果表明:该监测系统保障了系统通信网络的实时性、安全性及灵活性,实现了系统的实时监测和历史数据分析功能;通过对振动数据的分析,将更有利于明确压缩机组运行状态,保障机组安全、平稳运行,该系统各项功能的实现可为同类系统的建立提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of centrifugal compressor set in the process of gas pipeline transportation, overcome the inconvenience caused by wide distribution scope and remote location of compressor set and inconvenient traffic, reduce the cost of vibration analysis, various vibration monitoring diagrams were plotted and configured by establishing the threelayer C/S network structure based on the remote monitoring system for compressor set of PetroChina Pipeline Compressor Set Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Center. It is indicated that this monitoring system ensures the real-time, security and flexibility of the communication network, and realizes the functions of real-time monitoring and historical data analysis. The analysis on the vibration data is conducive to confirm the operation state of the compressor set and ensure its smooth and safe operation. The realization of various functions in this system can be used as the reference for the establishment of similar systems.
