智慧能源时代的智能化管道系统建设

Construction of intelligent pipeline system in the era of smart energy

  • 摘要: 建立基于“互联网+”智慧能源的智能化管道系统,是提升油气管道管理水平、促进行业发展的有效手段。阐述了“互联网+”智慧能源的内涵特征,分析了“互联网+”智能化管道系统的现实需求,提出了智能化管道系统架构设计和智能物流平台建设规划,搭建了涵盖数字化管理、完整性管理、运行管理、应急管理、综合管理的智能化管道系统,具备数据挖掘与共享、完整性管理及应急管理等核心功能。实例应用结果表明:智能化管道系统有利于转变管道管理方式,对提升决策管理效率、优化资源配置等具有显著作用;围绕管道核心业务,利用云计算、大数据分析、物联网、移动应用等技术能够实现智能分析预警、快速协作响应及安全高效运行,在提升系统数据质量的基础上构建智能化管道专家系统,为智慧能源时代油气管道的转型升级提供支持。

     

    Abstract: The establishment of an intelligent pipeline system based on "Internet +" smart energy is an effective means to enhance the management level of oil and gas pipelines and promote the development of the industry. In this paper, the connotation characteristics of "Internet +" smart energy were illustrated, and the realistic demand of "Internet +" intelligent pipeline system was analyzed. Then, a planning was put forward to design the architecture of intelligent pipeline system and construct the intelligent logistics platform. And finally, an intelligent pipeline system including the digital management, integrity management, operation management, emergency management, and integrated management was built up to realize the core functions, such as data mining and sharing, integrity management and emergency management. It is shown from case application results that the intelligent pipeline system is conducive to the transformation of pipeline management modes, and is also significant to the upgrading of decision-making management efficiency and the optimization of resource allocation. Based on the core pipeline business, the intelligent analysis and early warning, rapid collaborative response, safe and efficient operation are achieved by using the technologies of cloud computing, big data analysis, internet of things, and mobile application. Thus, the intelligent pipeline expert system is developed while the data quality of the system is improved. It provides the support for the transformation and upgrading of oil and gas pipelines in the era of smart energy.
