机坪管道积水驱除数值模拟

Numerical simulation on the expelling of water accumulated in apron pipelines

  • 摘要: 机坪管道底部积水引起的腐蚀产物容易堵塞管道,影响管道正常运行。结合计算流体力学和等效切应力原理,运用CFD技术对机坪管道积水驱除过程的流动特性进行三维数值模拟,分析大管径工况下机坪管道底部积水的驱除状况,得出影响积水流态的主要参数及积水能够被完全驱除的临界条件,揭示机坪管道积水后系统的流动特性。结果表明:管道底部积水形态与油相流速、管路布置、积水量等参数有关;利用管道内部油相将底部积水完全携带出管道,需要增大油相流速、降低倾角、减小积水量。研究大管径管道积水的流动特性对机坪管道积水驱除的实际应用具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Apron pipelines are easily blocked by the corrosion products which are generated by the water accumulated at low positions of the pipelines, so their normal operation is impacted. In this paper, 3D numerical simulation was performed on the flow characteristics during the expelling of water accumulated in apron pipelines by using CFD technology based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and the principle of equivalent shear stress. Then, the expelling situations of the water accumulated at the low positions of apron pipelines in the working conditions of large pipe diameter were analyzed. And consequently, the main parameters influencing the flow pattern of water accumulated in the pipeline and the critical condition of complete water expelling were figured out, and the flow characteristics of the system after the accumulation of water in apron pipelines were revealed. It is indicated that the forms of the water accumulated at the low positions of pipeline are related with the oil flow rate, pipeline arrangement and water content. In order to carry the water accumulated at the low positions of pipeline completely out of the pipeline by using the oil inside the pipeline, it is necessary to increase the oil flow rate, reduce the dip angle, and decrease the water content. The study on the flow characteristics of water accumulated in large-diameter pipelines is of instructive significance to the actual expelling of water accumulated in apron pipelines.
