泥水平衡盾构机复合破碎模式改造技术

  • 摘要: 泥水平衡盾构机颚式和锥式破碎模式适应的地层、隧道规格均不相同,为了解决较复杂隧道工程采用单一破碎模式的盾构机施工效率较低的问题,通过研究盾构机破碎机理,对泥水平衡盾构机进行了复合破碎模式改造。改造共分为4个步骤:封闭泥水舱、锥式破碎筋设计安装、栅隔板设计安装、锥式破碎系统配套喷嘴改造,改造后泥水平衡盾构机为两种破碎模式并存,提升了各地层的适应能力,使盾构机在复杂地层的盾构掘进效率提高了20%。

     

    Abstract: Jaw crushing and cone crushing of slurry balanced shield machines are different in terms of strata suitability and tunnel size. If only one crushing mode is used in one more complicated tunnel engineering, the construction efficiency of shield machines will be lower. In order to solve this problem, the crushing mechanisms of shield machines were investigated, and then slurry balanced shield machines were transformed by adopting the compound crushing mode. The transformation was carried out in four steps, i.e., sealing of slurry cabin, design and installation of cone crushing tendon, design and installation of grid baffle, and transformation of supporting nozzle of cone crushing system. The transformed slurry shield machine is equipped with two crushing modes, so its adaptability to various strata is improved and its tunneling efficiency in complex strata is increased by 20%.
