液化天然气低温波纹柔性管的流动特性

Flow characteristics of cryogenic liquefied natural gas in corrugated flexible pipe

  • 摘要: 为了保证大量液化天然气能够在低温波纹柔性管道中快速、持续、有效输送,对管内流体的流动特性规律进行分析。针对波纹柔性管道内部流体的流动特征,给出了当量摩阻理论分析方法。基于液化天然气流体性能参数建立了考虑螺旋特征的管道内部流体数值模型,并采用Fluent软件仿真模拟了不同波纹形状管道的流动规律,对不同结构参数的C形波纹管流的流动特性及敏感性进行对比分析。研究表明:螺旋结构能够有效提高通流性能,在实际工程中不同波纹形状的低温波纹柔性管道传输性能差别很大。研究结果对于海洋LNG传输低温波纹柔性管道的结构设计具有重要的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the flow characteristics and laws of fluids inside cryogenic corrugated flexible pipes were analyzed to ensure that a large amount of liquefied natural gas (LNG) can be transported quickly, continuously and efficiently in this kind of pipe. A theoretical analysis method of equivalent friction resistance was provided to investigate the flow characteristics of fluids inside corrugated flexible pipes. A numerical model for internal fluids with consideration of helical structure characteristics was established based on the property parameters of LNG. The flow laws inside different corrugated pipes were simulated by using the software Fluent. And the flow characteristics and sensitivity of C-shape corrugated pipe with different structural parameters were comparatively analyzed. It is shown that the helical structure can increase flow capacity effectively. And in actual engineering, cryogenic corrugated flexible pipes with different corrugation shapes are quite different in term of the transportation performance. The research results provide the meaningful reference for the structural design of cryogenic corrugated flexible pipe used for LNG marine transportation.
