盐穴储气库造腔过程动态监控数据分析方法

A dynamic monitoring and analysis method for the solution mining process of salt-cavern gas storage

  • 摘要: 为保证储气库造腔正常进行,需持续对造腔过程中的各项生产动态数据进行监控分析,及时发现问题并采取相应措施。对造腔过程中监测到的压力排量、排卤浓度、形态体积等生产动态数据实际值与计算的理论值进行对比,通过分析两者的差异性与油垫深度、两管距、不溶物蓬松系数等造腔参数之间的关系,形成了一套根据生产动态数据判断造腔参数是否异常的方法。如果造腔过程中造腔内管脱落,会出现油垫压力实际值大于理论值,排卤浓度实际值小于理论值的现象;若油垫上升,则油垫压力实际值小于理论值,排卤浓度实际值大于理论值。结合声呐测腔数据,用生产实例对该方法进行了验证,对分析造腔过程是否偏离设计方案具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: To ensure the normal proceeding of gas storage solution mining, it is necessary to monitor and analyze continuously all production performance data in the process of solution mining so as to identify the problems and take the corresponding measures in time. In this paper, the actual production performance data measured in the process of solution mining (e.g., displacement pressure, brine concentration and morphologic volume) and their theoretical values were compared. After the relationship of the difference between actual values and theoretical values vs. oil blanket depth, tube spacing and insoluble fluff coefficient was investigated, a set of methods which can discriminate whether solution mining parameters are abnormal according to production performance data was established. If the inner pipe drops in the process of solution mining, the actual oil blanket pressure is higher than the theoretical value and the actual brine concentration is lower than the theoretical value. If the oil blanket moves upward, its actual pressure is lower than the theoretical value and the actual brine concentration is higher than the theoretical value. This method was verified based on sonar measurement data combined with production cases. It plays an instructive role in analyzing whether the solution mining process is in line with the design program or not.
