油气管道寒区小断面隧道保温设计

The thermal insulation design suitable for small-section tunnels of oil and gas pipelines in cold regions

  • 摘要: 为解决季节性冻土隧道冻害现象影响隧道结构和运营安全的问题,结合寒区的气象和油气管道隧道内常年恒温、洞门常闭、小断面的特点,提出了适用于油气管道寒区小断面隧道保温设计。对管道和隧道围岩整体温度场进行模拟分析,依据隧道围岩温度及冻融情况,确定了设置保温隔热层的位置与长度;形成了一种油气管道寒区小断面隧道隔热保温层合理厚度的计算公式;设计了保温层与保温门联合防冻的方案。保温设计可应用于油气管道寒区小断面山岭隧道,对于大断面管道隧道也具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The tunnels in seasonal frozen soil always suffer freeze injury and their structures and operation safety are often adversely impacted. To solve this problem, the thermal insulation design suitable for small-section tunnels of oil and gas pipelines in cold regions was proposed based on the meteorological characteristics of cold regions and the characteristics inside pipeline tunnels, e.g. perennial constant temperature in tunnel, perennial closed portal and small section. After the whole temperature field covering the pipeline and the rocks around the tunnel was simulated and analyzed, the location and length of the thermal-insulation layer were defined according to the temperature and the freezing and thawing situations of the rocks around the tunnel. A formula for calculating the reasonable thickness of the thermal-insulation layer for small-section tunnels of oil and gas pipelines in cold regions was established. And an anti-freezing scheme combining thermal-insulation layers and thermal-insulation doors was adopted. The thermal insulation design is applicable to small-section mountain tunnels of oil and gas pipelines in cold regions, and it can be also used as the guidance for pipeline tunnels with large section.
