输气管道干燥施工水露点验收指标

The water dew point acceptance index of gas pipeline drying operation

  • 摘要: 输气管道通常采用清管器扫线和干空气吹扫方法进行干燥,然而此方法不能保证干燥效果,导致管道投产升压后存在生成水合物和冰堵的风险。为了验证输气管道建设时期干燥作业施工效果,开展了干燥施工水露点验收指标合理性研究。根据PR方程得到了计算混合气体中水露点与水含量之间的转换关系,并且编制了计算软件。以某输气管道为例提出了干燥验收时水露点指标值的计算过程,指出了SY/T 4114-2008《天然气输送管道干燥施工技术规范》中关于水露点控制指标存在的不足,即未考虑压力对水露点的影响。基于管道工艺设计参数给出不同压力下输气管道干燥施工水露点验收指标参考值,从而可以保证输气管道投产运行后的干燥效果。

     

    Abstract: Gas pipelines are commonly dried by means of pigs and dry air, but both methods cannot guarantee the drying effect, resulting in the risk that hydrate and ice blockage may be generated after the pipeline is put into production and boosted. In this paper, the rationality of water dew point acceptance index of gas pipeline drying operation was studied to verify the drying effect during the construction of gas pipeline. According to the PR equation, the transformation relationship between water dew point and water content of gas mixture was obtained and the calculation software was worked out. Then, a certain gas pipeline was taken as an example to provide the calculation process of water dew point index for drying acceptance. And it was pointed out that the defect of water dew point control indexes in Technical Specifications for Drying Operation of Gas Pipeline is that the effect of pressure on water dew point is not considered. Finally, references of water dew point acceptance index of gas pipeline drying under different pressures were provided based on the design parameters of pipeline process, so as to guarantee the drying effect of gas pipeline after it is put into operation.
