国内外地上储罐阴极保护标准技术差异

Technical differences between domestic and foreign cathodic protection standards for land storage tank

  • 摘要: 石油管道站场储罐是存储石油的主要设备,同时也是石油战略储备库的主要组成部分。储罐底板的腐蚀情况直接决定着储罐的寿命。国内石油储罐底板主要的腐蚀控制方式为涂层加阴极保护联合保护。由于罐底板焊接过程中,焊缝附近的涂层会受到损坏,而损坏的涂层难以修复,因此储罐底板阴极保护显得至关重要。目前国内拥有一系列储罐底板阴极保护标准,在使用过程中发现存在一些问题,为了提高国内地上石油储罐阴极保护标准的适用性和科学性,通过对比国内外相关标准并结合工作实际,开展标准差异分析研究,提出合理的标准制修订建议。

     

    Abstract: The storage tank at the station of oil pipeline is the primary equipment for oil storage, as well as the main component of the strategic petroleum reserve storage. The corrosion situation of tank floor has direct effect on the service life of storage tank. In China, the corrosion of tank floor is mainly controlled by using coating combined with cathodic protection. During the welding of tank floor, the coating near the welding seam is damaged and can be hardly recovered, so the cathodic protection plays a crucial role. At present, there are a series of tank floor cathodic protection standards in China, and some problems occur when they are used. In order to make domestic cathodic protection standards for land oil tank more applicable and scientific, the domestic and foreign related standards were compared based on actual operation to analyze their technical differences, and then reasonable normalized revision suggestions were put forward.
