淮安盐穴储油库潜力分析

Analysis on the potential of Huai'an salt-cavern oil storage

  • 摘要: 建立石油战略储备已经成为保障能源安全的主要应急手段,中国第三期石油储备基地建设将盐穴储油库作为重要研究方向。为了研究淮安盐矿储油前景,对盐穴储油库建设基本地面条件、地质条件、建库层段、库容以及盐化老腔等方面进行了系统分析,结果显示:淮安地区淡水资源丰富,卤水消化能力强,靠近日照-仪征原油管道;淮安盐矿第三岩性组合埋深适中,C1井区Ⅲ-1~ Ⅲ-5盐群和X2井区Ⅲ-7~Ⅲ-9盐群夹层少,含矿率高,优选为有利建库层段;采用六角网格布井方式,在选取的7 km2有利建库层段预计可部署20口新腔,单腔有效体积为24×104 m3,总储备能力可以达到480×104 m3;储油与储气项目统筹发展,节省建设投资;盐化6口老腔当前有效总体积为44.2×104 m3,改造后继续溶腔预计总储油体积可达90×104 m3。由此可见:淮安盐矿具备建设石油战略储备库的潜力。该研究结果可为中国第三期石油储备基地库址选取和淮安盐穴储油库预可行性研究提供借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Establishment of strategic petroleum reserve is one dominant emergency measure to ensure energy security. Saltcavern oil storage is an important research direction in the third stage of petroleum reserve base construction in China. In this paper, salt-cavern oil storage construction was analyzed from the aspects of basic surface condition, geological condition, storage building interval, storage capacity and salinized old cavern, so as to figure out the oil storage prospect of Huai'an salt mine. It is shown that Huai'an area is close to Rizhao-Yizheng Crude Oil Pipeline, and its freshwater resource is abundant and brine digestion capacity is high. The burial depth of the third lithology combination in Huai'an salt mine is moderate. Ⅲ-1-Ⅲ-5 salt groups in Well Block C1 and Ⅲ-7-Ⅲ-9 salt groups in Well Block X2 are selected as the favorable intervals for oil storage for there are fewer interbeds and the ore content is high. Hexagonal grid well pattern is adopted to arrange 20 new caverns in the favorable storage building intervals of 7 km2. The effective volume of each cavern is 24×104 m3 and the total capacity can reach 480×104 m3. Oil storage projects and gas storage projects shall be developed collaboratively to save construction investment. The total effective volume of 6 salinized old caverns is currently 44.2×104 m3 and their total oil storage capacity can reach 90×104 m3 by continuing solution mining after reconstruction. It is demonstrated that Huai'an salt mine has the construction potential of strategic petroleum storage. The research results can be used as the reference for the site selection in the third stage of petroleum reserve base construction in China and for the pre-feasibility study on Huai'an salt-cavern oil storage.
