新型化学降凝剂对含蜡原油的改性机理

Modification mechanisms of novel chemical pour point depressants on waxy crude oil

  • 摘要: 化学降凝剂改性是含蜡原油降凝、降黏的重要手段,一直以来备受国内外学者的关注,近年来新型化学降凝剂的出现使降凝剂的改性研究取得了长足的进步。总结了国内外现有的新型化学降凝剂的种类及制备方法,列举了新型化学降凝剂对含蜡原油改性效果的评价手段,阐述了新型化学降凝剂的改性机理及其影响因素。最后,提出了今后新型化学降凝剂的研究方向:将表观、介观、微观3个层面的研究统一起来,进一步明确新型化学降凝剂的改性机理,提高其普适性;与含蜡原油低温输送研究相结合,揭示改性原油的低温流动规律。

     

    Abstract: Chemical pour point depressant is an important modification means to reduce the pour point and viscosity of waxy crude oil, and it has always been the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. Great progress has been made based on the emergence of novel chemical pour point depressants in recent years. In this paper, existing novel chemical pour point depressants at home and abroad and their preparation methods were reviewed, and the technologies for evaluating the modification effects of novel chemical pour point depressants on waxy crude oil were listed. Then, modification mechanisms and influential factors of novel chemical pour point depressants were illustrated. Finally, the research directions of novel chemical pour point depressants were proposed. It is necessary to unify the researches from three aspects (i.e., apparent, mesoscopic and microscopic) and clarify the modification mechanisms of novel chemical pour point depressants to improve their applicability. And it shall be combined with the researches on low-temperature transportation of waxy crude oil to reveal the low-temperature flowing laws of modified crude oil.
