航空油料系统微生物污染研究现状

Status of study on microbial contamination in aviation fuel system

  • 摘要: 微生物污染对航空油料系统的安全构成极大威胁,会堵塞燃油泵,造成发动机燃油系统故障,严重时甚至导致机场所有飞机停飞。通过总结国内外航空油料系统微生物污染的研究现状,分析了微生物在航空油料系统中的生长繁殖环境及条件,分别从对油品质量指标的影响、对设备设施的干扰以及使金属发生电化学腐蚀3个方面论述了微生物污染对航空油料的危害,总结了航空油料微生物污染的检测方法,并有针对性地提出了防治微生物污染的具体措施,对航空油料系统的安全维护具有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Microbial contamination threatens seriously the safety of aviation fuel systems. It can plug fuel pumps and lead to failure of fuel systems of engines, and even ground all planes in the airport. In this paper, domestic and foreign researches on microbial contamination in aviation fuel systems were investigated, and the growth and reproduction environments and conditions of microbes in aviation fuel systems were analyzed. Then, the hazards of microbial contamination to aviation fuel were illustrated from three aspects, i.e., its effect on fuel quality index, interference on normal operation of equipments, electrochemical corrosion on metals. Finally, the methods for detecting microbial contamination of aviation fuel were summarized, and the measures for controlling microbial contamination were specifically proposed. It can be used as the reference for the safety maintenance of aviation fuel systems.
