Latest progress of LNG cold energy utilization technology

  • 摘要: 随着清洁能源在能源消费结构中比例的增加,我国LNG消费量快速增长,因此LNG冷能利用已经成为当前研究热点之一。综述了国内外LNG冷能利用概况,对其用于空气分离、轻烃分离、低温发电、海水淡化、二氧化碳捕集、废旧橡胶低温粉碎、制冷等技术发展现状进行了分析,结果表明:国外在LNG冷能用于低温发电、低温冷库及空气液化等工业化应用方面较为成熟,国内对LNG冷能利用开展了广泛而深入的理论和实验研究,但实际工程应用尚需进一步加强。由此指出:目前我国LNG冷能利用迫切需要将国外成熟的工程应用经验与国内丰富的理论及实验研究成果相结合,为我国LNG冷能利用政策的制定和LNG冷能利用产业的健康持续发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: As the proportion of clean energy in the energy consumption structure increases, domestic LNG consumption has been increasing rapidly. And correspondingly, the utilization of LNG cold energy is currently one of the research hotspots. In this paper, utilization situations of LNG cold energy at home and abroad were reviewed. Then, the technology development status of LNG cold energy applied for air separation, light hydrocarbon separation, low-temperature power generation, seawater desalination, carbon dioxide capture, low-temperature waste rubber crushing and refrigeration was analyzed. It is indicated that the industrial application of LNG cold energy in low-temperature power generation, lowtemperature cold storage and air liquefaction is mature in foreign countries. In China, extensive and in-depth theoretical and experimental researches are carried out on the utilization of LNG cold energy, but the practical application should be strengthened. To develop LNG cold energy utilization in China, it is necessary to combine foreign experience of successful engineering application with domestic rich theoretical and experimental research results. The research results can be used as the reference for the establishment of LNG cold energy utilization policies and the healthy and sustainable development of LNG cold energy utilization industry in China.
