油气回收技术的若干关键问题

Several key issues on oil vapor recovery technology

  • 摘要: 随着油气污染控制范围的全域化及其控制指标更加严格、油气回收设备有效性的监管力度更大,油气回收技术面临着新的挑战。回顾了油气回收行业的发展历程,从宏观、微观上对油气回收技术面临的一系列关键问题及解决方案进行分析,指出了技术研发的理念、方向、重点及热点,明确了新形势下油气回收技术精细化研发的内涵与内容,建议从排放源追踪、关键功能材料研发、集成回收工艺优化、专家管理系统建立等多方面协同研究油气污染全过程控制、分离净化及资源化利用的基础理论、关键技术及成套装备。同时,对油气回收管理层面提出了相关建议,以期促进中国油气回收技术的科技进步及高效利用,从而更好地满足国家、行业及地方科技发展与社会经济发展的需求。

     

    Abstract: Oil vapor recovery technology (OVRT) is faced with new challenges as the scope of oil vapor pollution control is enlarged, the control indexes are stricter and the supervision on the effectiveness of oil vapor recovery units is strengthened further. In this paper, the development history of oil vapor recovery industry was reviewed. A series of key issues related to OVRT and their solutions were analyzed macroscopically and microscopically. The concept, directions, focuses and hot issues of technological research and development were pointed out. The connotation and contents of OVRT fine research and development in new situations were defined. It is recommended to study collaboratively the overall process control of vapor pollution, the fundamental theory of vapor separation & purification and beneficial utilization and the key technologies and complete equipments based on the trace of vapor emission, the development of key functional materials, the optimization of integrated recovery technologies, and the establishment of expert management system. Besides, some suggestions on the management level of oil vapor recovery were also put forward to promote OVRT technological improvement and efficient utilization. And thus, significant demand on national, industrial and local technological, economic and social development can be satisfied better.
