输气管道阴极保护系统存在的问题及解决方法

  • 摘要: 目前,我国长输天然气管道外防腐多数采用较成熟的防腐层外加强制电流阴极保护防腐技术。针对四川某输气作业区8条输气管道外加强制电流的阴极保护现状,分析了阴极保护系统存在的问题:供电电源不独立;部分管道不具备断电电位测试条件;断电电位达不到保护准则要求;部分绝缘接头漏电严重;部分管道防腐层存在严重缺陷;阴极保护系统设施不完善等。为了确保输气管道处于良好的阴极保护状态,结合生产实际,提出了以下解决方法:将阴极保护站单电源更换为具有多路输出功能、能够独立调节的阴极保护电源;安装完善的管道阴极保护电位自动采集系统;更换漏电严重的绝缘接头和安装位置;对防腐层进行修复;完善阴极保护设施。

     

    Abstract: As a mature cathodic protection technology in China, anti-corrosion coating with impressed-current cathodic protection is often used for external anti-corrosion of long-distance gas pipelines. In this paper, the status of impressedcurrent cathodic protection on 8 gas pipelines in a certain gas transportation zone in Sichuan was analyzed to find out the reasons for the problems of cathodic protection system. First, electric power supply is not independent. Second, partial pipelines are incompetent for off potential testing. Third, off potential doesn't meet the protection criterion. Fourth, some insulating joints suffer serious current leakage. Fifth, partial pipeline anti-corrosion coating is subject to serious defects. And sixth, cathodic protection facilities are not complete. In order to ensure the good state of cathodic protection of gas pipelines, based on actual operation, several solutions were put forward as follows. First, replace the single power supply at the cathodic protection station with the independently regulated cathodic protection power with multi-output function. Second, install a complete set of automatic acquisition system on cathodic protection potential of pipelines. Third, replace the insulating joints with serious current leakage and change the installation positions. Fourth, repair the anti-corrosion coating. And fifth, complete cathodic protection facilities. These methods ensure that the gas pipelines are in a good state of cathodic protection.
