土体加筋技术在站场高填方边坡工程中的应用

Application of soil reinforcement technology in the field of station fill slope engineering

  • 摘要: 在管道工程建设过程中,由于站场选址受限,出现了许多高填方边坡工程,站场施工前必须先对填方边坡进行处理,使其满足稳定性要求后再进行后续站场施工。云南成品油安宁首站场区处于填方工程中,最大填方高度30 m,填方区布设油罐和管道,处理要求高,通过对比坡率方案、抗滑桩方案及土工布加筋方案的优缺点,最终确定采用土工布加筋方案进行边坡处理。介绍了该填方边坡的设计思路、计算过程及施工要求,通过现场实际应用,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,可为后续类似工程的建设提供有益的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In the process of pipeline engineering construction, a lot of high fill slope engineering has to be carried out to deal with the restriction of station site selection. Before the station is constructed, the fill slope shall be treated in advance, so that the slope stability can meet the requirements of subsequent station construction. The Anning initial station of Yunnan Product Pipeline is located in the area of fill engineering whose maximum fill height is 30 m. If oil tanks and pipelines are installed in the fill area, this area shall be treated to meet the high-level standard. In this paper, the slope gradient program, the anti-sliding pile program and the geotextile reinforcement program were compared from the aspects of advantages and disadvantages, and it was ultimately determined to adopt geotextile reinforcement technology to treat the fill slope. Then, the design idea, calculation process and construction requirement of this fill slope engineering were illustrated. It was successfully applied on site with good economic and social benefits. It provides the valuable reference for the construction of following similar engineering.
