复杂地层中小断面盾构机刀盘刀具的优化设计

Optimization design on the cutter system of shield machine with medium-small diameter in complex strata

  • 摘要: 盾构机刀盘刀具是保证盾构施工的重要部件,刀具的选择配备取决于盾构机掘进的地层条件。针对西气东输二线北江盾构工程典型泥质砂岩的特点,对盾构机刀盘刀具的配备进行了研究,分析了刀具的切削原理和刀具之间的差异,并对刀盘刀具的切削原理进行了有限元模拟。工程实践表明:通过优化刀具配备,减少泥饼产生,泥质砂岩地层盾构机盾构掘进综合效率提高了12%,延长了刀具的使用寿命,降低了工程成本和风险,验证了刀具配置的合理性。

     

    Abstract: The cutter system of shield machine is the important component to ensure the shield construction, and the selection of cutter configuration depends on strata conditions where the shield machine performs tunneling operation. In this paper, the Beijiang shield project of Second West-to-East Gas Pipeline was taken as an example for study. This project is characterized by typical argillaceous sandstone. The cutter configuration of the shield machine was investigated based on this characteristic. Then, the cutting principles of cutters and their differences were analyzed. Finally, finite element simulation was conducted on the cutting principles of cutter systems. The engineering practice shows that after configuration optimization of cutter system, the mud cake is reduced, comprehensive shield tunneling efficiency of shield machine in argillaceous sandstone strata is increased by 12%, the service life of cutter is prolonged and the engineering cost and risk are decreased. To sum up, the cutter configuration is rational.
