石兰原油管道通信系统中断运行保护

Interruption protection of communication system in Shikong-Lanzhou Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 国内长输原油管道远程调控日趋成熟,但管道通信系统中断运行自行保护处于空白。通过对石兰原油管道通信现状及通信中断工况进行分析,获得了管道通信中断的主要风险节点,进而从工艺运行角度,根据站场功能和水力分析结果提出了不同通信中断工况下的处理方法和原则,给出石兰管道站场和阀室相应的保护程序。在管道通信中断保护方面,通过对通信中断工况进行分类、归纳、总结,提出了通讯中断保护逻辑的设置理念和方法,并对保护程序进行了相关测试,证明通信中断保护程序能够保障管道安全生产运行。

     

    Abstract: At present, the remote control systems for long-distance crude oil pipelines have been well developed, but the researches on automatic protection of pipeline communication system interruption are insufficient. To develop protection systems for stations and valve chambers along the Shikong-Lanzhou Crude Oil Pipeline, present communication systems and relevant interruptions of the Shikong-Lanzhou Crude Oil Pipeline have been reviewed to highlight major risks in interruption of the communication system for the pipeline. In addition, countermeasures and relevant guidelines for different interruptions of the communication systems have been proposed in accordance with functions of such stations and hydraulic analysis results from the perspective of pipeline operation. As for interruption protection of pipeline communication system, different interruptions have been classified, summarized and generalized to highlight concepts and methods for logics of communication interruption protection. Relevant tests for the protection programs show that the newly developed system can effectively guarantee safe operation of the pipeline.
