Explicitation of PR equation of state

  • 摘要: 基于立方型状态方程形式及数值算法,采用数值计算方法中的牛顿法、线性插值法、二次插值法、多重迭代法进行立方型状态方程的显式化公式推导,将PR气体状态方程进行简化和验证,提出了显式化PR气体状态方程。该方程无需迭代,形式简单,既可以采用手工计算,也可以采用电子表格或任意编程语言计算,明显降低了对化工或油气专业人员计算机编程及数值算法等水平的要求。使用上百组数据对计算结果的精确度和计算时间进行验证,结果表明:与迭代方法相比,显式化PR气体状态方程计算简单,相对误差控制在10-5之内,计算时间仅是迭代算法的1/10,有利于提高天然气管网的模拟计算效率。

     

    Abstract: Through researches on cubic equatiion of state (CEOS) and numerical algorithm, some numerical computation methods (e.g. Newton method, linear interpolation method, quadratic interpolation method, and multiple iterative method) were used for derivation of explicit formula of CEOS. After simplification and verification of PR gas state equation, the explicat formula of PR equation of state was proposed. With no need for iteration, the simplified equation can be used not only for manual calculation, but also for calculation by spreadsheet or any programmable languages. Accordingly, the equation can effeceively reduce demands for computer programming and numerical algorithm levels of professionals in chemical or oil and gas industries. Accuracy and durations of calculation are verified using several hundreds of data sets, showing that the proposed explicitation PR equation of state involves more simplified calculation than iterative method. With relative error maintained below 10-5, duration calculated by the proposed equation is only 1/10 of that calculated by the iterative algorithm, thus improving the simulation efficiency of natural gas pipeline.
