FB光固化套在管道定向钻穿越中的应用

The application of FB light curing sleeve in the directional drilling crossing of pipelines

  • 摘要: 管道回拖是定向钻穿越的最后环节,在回拖过程中导向孔四周坚硬的岩石容易破坏管道外3PE防腐层,因此仅用传统聚乙烯热收缩带对管道进行保护是不够的。研发了耐磨性能更好的新型定向钻穿越管道保护材料。在川渝管网北外环二期工程涪江定向钻穿越工程中,首次引入了FB(Fibertec)光固化套与Strong Pipe管道定向穿越耐磨保护材料、PP-KJ光固化套及传统的聚乙烯热收缩带一同进行试拖试验。结果表明:FB光固化套耐磨性能和抗剪切性能较好,能够适应川渝地区的地质条件,较好地保护3PE层,但FB光固化套与3PE层间的粘结较弱,因此应根据工程费用选择合理的安装方式。试拖试验可用于验证管段保护材料安装方案的优劣性,同时填补了该材料在川渝管道工程中安装应用及效果检验方面的空缺。

     

    Abstract: Pipeline backtow is the last link of directional drilling crossing. In the process of backtow, the 3PE external anticorrosive coating of pipelines is destroyed easily by the hard rocks around the guiding hole, and the pipelines can not be protected sufficiently if only the traditional PE (polyethylene) heat shrinkable sleeve is used. In this paper, a new type pipeline protection material for directional drilling crossing with better wear resistance was developed to solve this problem. FB (Fibertec) light curing sleeve, Strong Pipe wear resistant protection material for pipeline directional crossing, PP-KJ light curing sleeve and traditional PE heat shrinkable sleeve were, for the first time introduced in the Fujiang River directional drilling crossing engineering in the second phase of North Outer Ring Project of Sichuan-Chongqing Pipeline Network for trial tow test. It is shown that FB light curing sleeve is the best in terms of wear resistance and shearing resistance, so it is geologically applicable to Sichuan-Chongqing area and can protect the 3PE coating better, but it is weakly bonded to the 3PE coating. Therefore, it is necessary to choose reasonable installation mode based on engineering cost. This trial tow test verifies the performance of the installation scheme for protection material and fills in gaps in the installation and application and the effect inspection of the materials in Sichuan-Chongqing pipeline engineering.
