陆上废弃管道处置中的组合清洗技术

Combined cleaning technology to the disposal of onshore abandoned pipelines

  • 摘要: 目前东北老管道安全环保废弃处置需求强烈,其中管内残留物的彻底清理极为重要,现有的清管器和化学清洗剂相结合的组合清洗技术国内尚无针对陆上废弃管道的应用先例,且缺乏可指导工程应用的施工工艺。根据管道组合清洗的基本原理,针对废弃管道的特点,提出了组合清洗技术的一般应用原则和施工工艺要求,对硬质原油蜡样开展化学清洗剂的模拟溶解效果测试,验证化学清洗剂的有效性。基于东北封存的老旧管道开展现场试验,验证组合清洗技术在废弃管段处置工程中的实际效果,从而促进实用的施工工艺的建立,为该技术在管道废弃处置中的推广应用奠定基础。研究表明:组合清洗技术能够实现管内残留物的高洁净度清理,可消除废弃管道的安全和环境风险,是陆上废弃管道处置过程中的重要保障技术。

     

    Abstract: At present, it is in urgent need to dispose the abandoned pipelines in Northeast China in a safe and environmentally friendly way, and it is quite significant to clean the residues inside the pipelines completely. Therefore, it is proposed to adopt the cleaning technology which combines pigs and chemical cleaning agents. So far, however, this technology has never been applied to any onshore abandoned pipeline and no operation process is available for engineering application in China. In this paper, the general application principles and operation process requirements for the application of this combined cleaning technology were analyzed based on the characteristics of abandoned pipelines after the basic theories of combined pipeline cleaning were investigated. Then, simulation testing was performed on the dissolution effects of the chemical cleaning agents on hard wax to verify the effectiveness of chemical agents. And finally, field experiments were conducted on the mothballed old pipelines in Northeast China to demonstrate the practical performance of combined cleaning technology in abandoned pipeline disposal engineering, so as to promote the development of its operation process and provide the basis for its popularization and application to the disposal of abandoned pipelines. It is shown that based on this combined cleaning technology, the residues inside the pipelines can be well cleaned and the safety and environment risks related with abandoned pipelines can be eliminated, so it is an important safety technology for the disposal of onshore abandoned pipelines.
