Study status of extra external loading on ramp oil pipeline networks

  • 摘要: 综述了机坪输油管网附加外荷载的研究方法、简化模型及研究现状。埋地管道外荷载主要包括静力荷载和动力荷载,其中静力荷载主要考虑填土荷载和交通荷载,动力荷载主要考虑地震响应。以往对静力荷载的研究较少考虑管土之间的相互作用,对地震响应的研究通常也未考虑管体的惯性力作用,有必要开展更接近于实际状况的交通随机动荷载研究,采用合适的管道埋设方式、埋深及覆土夯实度,都能显著减小机坪管道的横向和轴向应力。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the research methods, simplified model and research status of extra external loading on ramp oil pipeline networks were reviewed. The external loading on buried pipelines mainly includes static loading and dynamic loading. The former is mainly related with fill loading and traffic loading, and the latter is mainly related with earthquake response. When the static loading was studied previously, the pipe-soil interaction was less considered. In the study of earthquake response, inertia force of pipes was not taken into consideration. In the future, it is necessary to investigate the random traffic dynamic loading which is closer to the real situations. The lateral and axial stresses of ramp pipelines can be reduced significantly by adopting appropriate pipe laying mode, burial depth and soil compaction degree.
