天然气管道检测器速度控制装置研制及应用

Development and application of the speed control devices for gas pipeline detectors

  • 摘要: 管道检测器利用管道内介质产生的压力实现自运行,完成对管道缺陷的检测。为保证检测器的检测精度,要求其运行速度不高于5 m/s。由于天然气管道介质流速过快,提出了搭载速度控制装置调节检测器运行速度的方法,介绍了速度控制装置工作原理,研制了扇叶型和锥筒型两种通过控制泄流通道面积来调节检测器运行速度的速度控制装置,通过将里程轮提供的速度信号与控制程序预设速度区间进行实时对比,利用电机提供的驱动力控制速度控制装置的运行,实现对检测器运行速度的实时调控,将速度调节至预设区间内。该装置通过了试验与工业化应用,工作正常,可满足工业现场工况条件。

     

    Abstract: A pipeline detector is driven by the pressure of the medium in pipelines to detect pipeline defects. In order to ensure its detection accuracy, its running speed shall be controlled lower than 5 m/s, but the flowing speed of the medium in gas pipelines is too high. In this paper, it was proposed to control the running speed of detectors by equipping speed control devices. After the operating principles of speed control devices were introduced, two types of speed control devices (i.e., fan blade type and conical cylindrical type) were developed. Both of them can control the running speed of detectors by changing the area of the discharge channels. The speed signals from the odometer wheel is real-time compared with the speed range preset by the control program and the speed control devices are driven by motors to control the real-time running speed of detectors in the preset range. It is shown from test and industrial application that these speed control devices can run normally in actual working conditions.
