Research progress and prospect of oil and gas pipeline operation and maintenance technologies

  • 摘要: 在“十二·五”期间,中国石油油气储运业务快速发展,带动了油气储运科技的进步。在调控运行方面,实现了大型管网的集中调控输配,开发了Realpipe系列仿真优化软件;在安全维护方面,建立了基于风险预控的完整性技术体系,油气管道监测、检测技术水平不断提升,大型管网系统可靠性研究取得重要突破;在关键设备国产化方面,压缩机组、大口径球阀、大型输油泵等设备全面国产化,核心装备国产化率超过90%,部分国产化装备应用率超过75%。在“十三·五”期间,中国石油管道发展面临着新的机遇和挑战,在科技创新方面,将在管网可靠性、优化运行、安全监测、腐蚀防护、节能环保以及国产化装备性能提升等方面开展攻关研究,提高技术成熟度,保障油气管网的安全高效运行。

     

    Abstract: During the twelfth "Five-Year Plan", the technologies of oil and gas storage and transportation were greatly promoted with the fast development of CNPC's gas storage and transportation business. In the aspect of dispatch and control operation, the centralized dispatch and control of large scale pipeline network is realized and Realpipe simulation optimization software is developed. In the aspect of safety maintenance, the integrity technology system based on risk prevention and control is established, oil and gas pipeline monitoring and detection technologies are improved continuously and significant achievements have been made in the reliability research of large-scale oil and gas pipeline network systems. In the aspect of localization of key equipments, compressor sets, large-diameter ball valves and large-scale petroleum pumps are manufactured domestically on the whole. The localization rate of key equipments is over 90% and the application rate of some domestically manufactured equipment is over 75%. During the thirteenth "Five-Year Plan", new opportunities and challenges will emerge in the developing of CNPC's oil and gas pipelines. A series of technological research will be carried out, including pipeline network reliability, operation optimization, safety monitoring, corrosion protection, energy saving & environmental protection and performance improvement of domestically manufactured equipments, to increase the maturity of technologies and guarantee the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas pipeline networks.
