管道泄漏监测系统的性能评价指标

Performance evaluation indices of pipeline leak monitoring systems

  • 摘要: 在管道泄漏监测技术的实践应用中,存在缺乏完整、统一的性能评价指标和表征方法的问题,使得管道泄漏监测系统的综合性能评价尤为困难。参照API 1155《基于软件的泄漏探测系统评价方法》提出的管道泄漏监测系统性能准则,根据生产运行管理对管道泄漏监测系统的需求,建立了统一的管道泄漏监测系统性能评价指标体系和表征方法,并结合负压波法管道泄漏监测技术对各性能指标的含义及其相互关系进行了详细分析,为今后开展管道泄漏监测系统的综合性能评价提供了有效指导。

     

    Abstract: When the pipeline leak monitoring technology is actually applied to the production, it is hard to evaluate the comprehensive performance of pipeline leak monitoring systems, for there are no complete and consistent performance evaluation indices and characterization methods. Based on the performance criteria of pipeline leak detection system proposed in API 1155 "Evaluation Methodology for Software based Leak Detection Systems", the consistent performance evaluation indices and characterization methods for pipeline leak monitoring systems were developed according to production and operation management requirements. And then, the meanings of the performance evaluation indices and their correlation were analyzed in detail by using the negative pressure wave based pipeline leak monitoring technology. The consistent performance evaluation indices and characterization methods established in this paper provide effective guidance for the comprehensive performance evaluation of pipeline leak monitoring systems.
