油气管道腐蚀缺陷维修响应决策

Maintenance response decision on corrosion defects of oil and gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 针对随时间生长的腐蚀类金属损失缺陷,制定科学合理的维修响应计划,是完整性管理的最终价值体现。基于目前中国腐蚀缺陷维修响应级别的判定主要参考国外标准执行,不一定适合中国管道的现状,通过比较分析,确定了适用于中国国情的缺陷维修响应级别判定准则,提出了维修响应图形判定方法,并从工程实际应用层面提供了确定缺陷计划响应时间和下一次检测评价时间的方法。实例应用结果表明:建立的响应级别判定准则更加符合我国油气管道距离长、途经地区条件复杂多变等实际情况,响应级别判定方法及计划响应时间确定方法直观、易操作,具有较强的工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: For time-dependent loss defects of corrosion metals, the ultimate value of integrity management is to develop a scientific and reasonable maintenance response plan. At present, however, the corrosion defect maintenance response level in China is mainly discriminated in reference to foreign criteria, which may not be suitable for China's pipeline status. In this paper, a defect maintenance response level criterion applicable to China's pipeline situations was established by means of comparison and analysis. Then, its corresponding graphic maintenance response judging method was proposed. Finally, a method for determining the planned defect response time and reassessment time intervals was provided from the aspect of actual engineering application. It is shown from practical application results that the response level criterion established in this paper is more suitable for China's actual pipeline situations of long distance and diverse and complex routing. And the response level criterion and the planned response time determination method are intuitive and convenient with higher engineering application value.
