煤层气田地面集输技术的标准化设计

Standardized design of CBM surface gathering technology

  • 摘要: 结合我国煤层气田已有的地面集输技术经验,在井场、采集气管网、站场、设备等方面提出“标准化设计”的概念。井场的标准化设计包括工艺流程及平面布置;采气管网根据已有经验提出“井间串接与阀组串接结合”组合进站方式;集气站与处理厂可以根据实际情况合建,并采用恒温露点控制工艺脱水,该工艺较传统的三甘醇脱水工艺更加节省投资。煤层气田地面集输技术的标准化设计,能够加快煤层气田地面集输工程的建设步伐,降低集输能耗,提高地面建设水平,节省投资成本。

     

    Abstract: Based on the existing application experience of surface gathering technologies in domestic coalbed methane (CBM) fields, the concept of standardized design was proposed from the aspects of well site, gas gathering pipeline network, station and equipment. The standardized design of well site includes technological process and layout. According to the existing experience of gas gathering pipeline network, a combined incoming pattern of "well-to-well concatenation and valve block concatenation" was put forward. Gas gathering station and processing plant can be built jointly based on the actual situations. Thermostatic dew point control technology can be used for dehydration, and it saves more capital investment than traditional TEG dehydration technology. The standardized design of surface gathering technologies in CBM field can accelerate the construction pace of CBM surface gathering system, reduce the energy consumption, improve the surface construction quality and save the investment.
