基于全生命周期的管道工程数据管理平台的设计

  • 摘要: 管道工程全生命周期划分为规划、前期、初设、实施以及验收5个阶段,各个阶段互联互通,其产生的数据信息十分庞大,数据关系也错综复杂,建立一套完整的管道工程数据管理平台十分重要。该平台运用计算机技术搭建管道工程数据库逻辑模型,主要包括数据采集、数据处理、数据审核、进度汇总、质量管理、报表分析、系统管理7个功能模块。通过对各阶段数据的采集、储存、计算、统计及分析,将管道工程全生命周期各阶段数据有效整合、衔接及递延,保证了管道工程各业务信息数据的规范性、系统性及科学性,同时可为管道运行管理提供真实、准确的数据支持服务。

     

    Abstract: The life cycle of pipeline engineering is divided into five stages, i.e., planning stage, early stage, design stage, implementation stage and acceptance stage. All stages are interconnected with each other, so considerable data and information are produced and the data relationship is complicated. Therefore, it is very important to set up a complete pipeline engineering data management platform. Based on this platform, the logic model of pipeline engineering database was built up by the computer technology. This model consists of seven functional modules, e.g., data acquisition, data processing, data verification, schedule collection, quality control, report analysis and system management. The data of each stage of pipeline engineering life cycle are integrated, linked and extended effectively by carrying out data acquisition, storage, calculation, statistics and analysis on the data of each stage, so that the business information and data of pipeline engineering can be kept normalized, systematic and scientific. It provides the authentic and accurate data support for pipeline operation and management.
