黄土区管道加筋干打垒护坡防护方法

Pipeline slope protection by reinforced rammed-earth construction in loess areas

  • 摘要: 油气管道大开挖施工方法对坡面环境和植被破坏严重,途经黄土斜坡的油气管道普遍受到管沟水土流失和坡面失稳的威胁。为了提高黄土区管道坡面防护效果,以兰郑长成品油管道陕西段干线、庆阳支线为例,对管道大开挖处黄土斜坡进行病害分析,提出了三七灰土加草筋干打垒护坡方法:在坡脚设置护脚矮墙,坡面采用添加了草筋的夯实三七灰土,坡顶及平行于管道两侧布设排水沟。对35处典型黄土区管道斜坡加筋干打垒的水工工程进行效能评价,结果表明:加筋干打垒护坡的使用寿命长,防护效果良好,有较高的可行性、经济性及安全性。

     

    Abstract: When oil and gas pipelines are constructed by means of large excavation, environment and vegetation at the slope surface are damaged seriously. So the oil and gas pipelines running through loess slopes are generally subject to soil erosion at the pipeline ditch and the slope surface instability. In order to reinforce the slope surface protection of pipelines in the area of loess, the adverse effects of loess slopes were analyzed with Shaanxi trunk line and Qingyang branch line of Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha Product Oil Pipeline as the examples. It was proposed to protect slopes by means of rammed-earth construction with lime soil (lime-to-soil ratio of 3:7) and grass stem. That is to set up parapets at the slope foot, add grass stems into the rammed lime soil for the slope surface, and arrange drainage ditches at the slope top and on both sides parallel to the pipelines. Finally, performance evaluation was performed on 35 water works of reinforced rammed-earth construction at pipeline slopes in typical loess areas. It is shown that the slope protection method based on reinforced rammed-earth construction guarantees long service life and good protection effects with better feasibility, economy and safety.
