Redevelopment and application of SCADA system for product pipeline network in central China

  • 摘要: 为了弥补华中区域调控中心现有SCADA系统的不足,提高管道运行安全性和调度员工作效率,结合华中成品油管网的实际情况,利用Excel VBA编程开发了集混油界面跟踪、语音预警、图形动画显示和批次计算等功能于一身的调度辅助软件,给出了流程图和算法,介绍了软件的主要功能特点。通过实际应用效果与现场数据对比展开分析,得出结论:混油界面跟踪的精度主要受沿线温度、压力以及混油接收与混掺影响,最后提出了改进方向和方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to cover the deficiencies of the existing SCADA system in the Central China Control Center, and improve the safety of pipeline operation and the work efficiency of dispatchers, an assistant software for scheduling was developed using Excel VBA programming depending on the actual situations of the product pipeline network in central China. The software integrates multiple functions, including mixed oil interface tracking, voice warning, graphic animation displaying, and batch calculation. This paper presented the flow chart and algorithm, as well as main functional features of the software. Comparative analysis was made on effects of practical application and field data. It was indicated that the accuracy of interface tracking was mainly affected by temperature and pressure along the pipeline, and also by the receiving and blending of mixed oil. Accordingly, aspects and methods of improvement were proposed.
