An evaluation model for the operation reliability of cyclone separators

  • 摘要: 旋风分离器的可靠运行对输气管道平稳供气意义重大,目前尚未有研究提出评价该设备运行可靠性的方法。在高压系统中,结构可靠性与运行可靠性存在联系,但是现有研究对这种联系的认识尚不充分。采用结构可靠性分析和可维修系统的马尔科夫过程,结合工程实践经验,建立了一种可用于评价旋风分离器运行可靠性的方法。根据实际结构与运行参数,评价了西气东输管道中某型号旋风分离器的运行可靠性,其评价结果验证了该方法的可行性,为其他类似设备的运行可靠性评价提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: The reliable operation of cyclone separators is quite significant for the stable gas supply of pipelines. So far, however, there is not any method available for the operation reliability evaluation of cyclone separators. In high pressure systems, the operation reliability is associated with the structure reliability. Based on existing research, however, this relation has not been understood sufficiently. In this paper, a method which can be used to evaluate the operation reliability of cyclone separators was worked out by virtue of structure reliability analysis and Markov process of maintainable systems, together with practical engineering experience. Based on this method, the operation reliability of a certain type of cyclone separators used in the West-to-East Gas Pipeline was evaluated on the basis of the actual structure and operation parameters. Based on the evaluation results, the feasibility of this method is confirmed. It provides a reference for the operation reliability evaluation of similar equipments.
