长输管道完整性管理物联网应用架构初探

Initial research on the application architecture of Internet of Things in the integrity management of long-distance pipelines

  • 摘要: 近年来,随着长输管道完整性管理与信息化技术的推广,国内主要长输管道基本实现了企业级信息化应用,大幅提升了管道安全的综合管控能力,但由于受人员素质、环境条件等诸多因素的影响,数据获取的及时性、完整性及准确性仍存在较大的提升空间。通过研究国内外物联网技术在长输管道运营阶段的应用,结合中国石油现有管道完整性管理系统(PIS)应用架构与业务现状,提出了长输管道物联网的应用架构并进行了整合,不仅可以解决管道运营管理过程中基础数据和业务数据采集的及时性、准确性及完整性的难题,而且可以实现管道完整性管理的智能化、精准化,从而提高长输管道运行的安全性和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, enterprise informatization has been basically realized in major domestic long-distance pipelines with the popularization of informatization and long-distance pipeline integrity management technologies. Therefore, the overall management and control capacity of pipeline safety is improved dramatically. Due to multiple factors (e.g. personnel quality and environmental conditions), however, there is still great room for the improvement of data acquisition in terms of timeliness, integrity and accuracy. In this paper, the application of the Internet of Things (IOT) technology in the operation of long-distance pipelines at home and abroad was investigated. And the application architecture for long-distance pipeline IOT was put forward combined with the application architecture and business status of CNPC's existing pipeline integrity management systems (PIS). By virtue of the integration, the basic data and business data of pipeline operation and management could be acquired timely, accurately and completely. Furthermore, the intelligence and precision of pipeline integrity management could be realized. Obviously, it is favorable for promoting the safety and economic benefits of longdistance pipelines.
