基于应变准则的采空暗悬管道的安全性评价

Safety evaluation of the hidden suspended pipeline based on strain criteria

  • 摘要: 管道穿越采空区时可能形成暗悬,长距离的暗悬会使管道产生较大的应力应变,严重时会造成管道拉断失效。基于非线性有限元法,建立了三维暗悬管道力学计算数值模型,采用基于应变的设计准则对采空暗悬管道进行安全性评价。模型考虑了管材、管土相互作用及几何大变形多重非线性因素,采用非线性土弹簧单元模拟管土作用,采用壳单元描述管道变形。分析了暗悬管道在不同工况下的应力应变响应,对比了采用基于应力与基于应变失效准则判断暗悬管道极限状态的差异。分析结果表明:基于应力的准则偏于保守;基于应变的准则能够更多地利用管材的塑性性能。研究成果可为管道的完整性管理与安全评价提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: When a pipeline runs through a goaf, the pipeline may be faced with the problem of hidden suspension. And if the hidden suspension is long, the pipeline will undergo big stress and strain, and even failure of serious rupture. Based on nonlinear finite element method, a 3D numerical model was built up to perform mechanical calculation on hidden suspended pipelines. Then, the safety of hidden suspended pipelines was evaluated according to the strain based criteria. In this model, multiple non-linear factors (e.g. pipe material, pipe-soil interaction and large geometric deformation) were taken into consideration with the non-linear soil spring element to simulate the pipe-soil interaction and the shell element to describe the pipeline deformation. And finally, the stress and strain responses of hidden suspended pipelines in different working conditions were analyzed, and the ultimate limit state of hidden suspended pipelines discriminated according to the stress criteria was compared with that obtained according to the strain failure criteria. It is shown that the stress based criteria is more conservative and the strain based criteria can make full use of the plastic property of pipe material. The research result can provide theoretical basis for the integrity management and safety evaluation of pipelines.
