天然气长输管道节能潜力评估方法的改进

Improvement of energy saving potential evaluation method for long-distance gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 天然气长输管道运行费用中压气站的运行费用占绝大部分,对压气站运行费用的研究结果表明,天然气长输管道具有巨大的节能潜力。对已有的离心压缩机运行费用计算方法进行了改进,进一步精确了离心压缩机运行费用的计算数值,并基于上述改进的方法编写了新的离心压缩机运行费用计算软件。分别应用改进前、后的计算方法在进站流量与压比依次变化的工况下,计算离心压缩机的能耗费用,对比两种方法的计算结果并总结其变化规律,对今后精确评估长输天然气管道节能潜力有一定的参考作用。

     

    Abstract: Gas compressor stations take a large share in operating cost of long-distance gas pipelines. It is indicated by analyzing operating cost of gas compressor stations that there is enormous energy saving potential in long-distance gas pipelines. The existing method to calculate operating cost of centrifugal compressor is improved to further increase the calculation accuracy. Based on the improved method, a new calculation software is worked out for centrifugal compressor operating costs. Both original method and improved method are used to calculate the energy consumption of centrifugal compressors under different working conditions (by varying incoming flowrate and pressure ratio). The calculation results of the two methods are compared to identify their change rules. The findings in this paper will provide reference for estimating accurately the energy saving potential of long-distance gas pipelines.
