Abstract:
In order to perform safety protection on oil and gas pipelines in a better way, it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting patrol quality of oil and gas pipelines, and establish a patrol quality evaluation system. The comprehensive evaluation indicators of patrol quality include patrol route matching ratio, daily total patrol time, mean patrol velocity, patrol time deviation ratio, patrol ratio of important regions, patrol ratio of blind areas, report ratio of manual sampling. Modeling design was conducted on patrol quality management system and a case study was performed on a patrolman in Yangzi oil transportation station. Results demonstrate that this management system can provide managers with data support effectively so as to optimize the management of pipelines.
