管内封堵器不同封堵状态的流场分析

  • 摘要: 为了保证封堵器能够安全平稳地进行封堵作业,减少管内受阻湍流引起的封堵器卡堵问题,利用Fluent软件,基于流体动力学模拟管内封堵器的不同封堵状态,分析得到了不同封堵状态下封堵器周围流场的变化规律及受力情况。通过比较简化模型与实际模型获得的模拟结果,以及分析支撑轮的外形轮廓对流场的影响,得到如下结果:封堵器对管内流场的影响较大,封堵器上游压力剧增,流动较平稳,下游产生湍流并伴随着不同尺度的漩涡。研究结果对封堵器的外形设计和保障封堵作业的安全具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to guarantee safe and smooth operation of plug in the plugging process and reduce the occurrence of plug plugging caused by internal hindered turbulence, based on fluid dynamics, different plugging states of internal plug were simulated using Fluent software. And as a result, the change laws and force situations of flow fields around the plug at different plugging situations were understood. And finally, simulation results were compared between the simplified model and the actual model, and the impact of the contour of support wheels on flow fields was analyzed. Results show that the pressure increases significantly and the flow is smoother at the upstream of plug. At the downstream, turbulence appears with swirls of different dimensions. The research findings play an instructive role in the shape design of plug and the safety of plugging operation.
