强地面运动作用下油气管道的灾情展布

The disaster distribution of oil and gas pipelines caused by strong ground motion

  • 摘要: 为了在震后快速估计强地面运动作用下油气管道灾情展布,利用ShakeMap技术得到油气管道沿线的加速度峰值和速度峰值空间展布情况,并根据地震动、工作压力等条件判定震区油气管道的破坏状态,判别管道破坏的可能后果,根据震区人口密度和管道重要性确定管道的地震灾情展布,实现了震后对震区油气管道灾情的快速评估。以2015年7月3日皮山6.5级地震为例,结合ShakeMap_CNST系统计算的地震动参数,快速估计震区油气管道的破坏状态和灾情展布,判别破坏状态为轻微破坏和基本完好,轻微破坏主要出现在Ⅷ度区。该研究方法能够比较客观地反映震区油气管道的灾情展布特征,具有良好的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to rapidly evaluate the disaster distribution of oil and gas pipelines caused by strong ground motion after earthquakes, the spatial distribution of peak acceleration and peak velocity along oil and gas pipelines was understood by using the ShakeMap technology. Based on earthquake motion and working pressure, the damage states of oil and gas pipelines in earthquake-stricken areas were judged and the possible consequences of pipeline damage were discriminated. Afterwards, the disaster distribution of pipelines was determined on the basis of population density and pipeline importance. In this way, the disaster of oil and gas pipelines in earthquake-stricken areas after earthquakes could be assessed rapidly. Finally, a case study was carried out on Pishan earthquake of magnitude 6.5 happened on July 3rd, 2015. The damage states and disaster distribution of oil and gas pipelines in the area were estimated rapidly based on seismic motion parameters calculated by ShakeMap_CNST system. The pipeline was basically in good condition or at the state of slight damage which mainly occurred in degree Ⅷ zones. Results show that this research method is of highly practical value, presenting disaster distribution characteristics of oil and gas pipelines in earthquake-stricken areas in an objective way.
