天然气管道压缩机组控制系统的应用现状

Application of control systems for natural gas pipeline compressor sets

  • 摘要: 天然气管道压缩机组及其控制系统的建设、投产时期不同,时间跨度大,设备规格型号多,各控制系统架构不一样,通过总结ControlLogix控制系统、MARK VIe控制系统、S7系列控制系统等各型号压缩机组控制系统在实际生产中的应用情况,对故障类别进行了统计和对比分析。对硬件与备品备件、软件与程序、核心技术等控制系统发展中的关键问题提出了解决方法:①做好备品备件管理工作;②开展专项研究和控制优化程序;③进行自主改造和国产化。探讨了掌握压缩机组控制系统关键技术的途径,以期能够保障压缩机组的稳定运行,实现天然气的平稳高效输送。

     

    Abstract: Compressor sets and their control systems for natural gas pipelines are characterized by significant differences in construction and production times, great varieties in equipment models and specifications and different frameworks for various control systems. Through studies related to field application of control systems like ControlLogix, MARK VIe, and S7 series for compressor sets of various models, failures in these systems were summarized and analyzed. Accordingly, proper countermeasures for hardware, spare parts, software, programs, core technologies and other key problems in development of the control system were proposed: ①It is necessary to manage spare parts well; ②Specific researches and control program optimization shall be performed; ③It is necessary to re-construct relevant systems independently to achieve domestic production. In conclusion, the ways how to master the key technologies in control systems for compressor sets were discussed which were essential to maintain reliable operation of compressor sets and to ensure high-efficiency transmission of natural gas.
