起伏地形对宝汉天然气管道生产运行的影响

Impacts of the rugged terrain on operations of the Baoji-Hanzhong Natural Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了研究天然气管道在地形起伏地区的生产运行状态,以陕西省宝鸡-汉中天然气管道为例,结合实际生产情况,分析了起伏地形对天然气管道输量,以及积水静压阻力和段塞流对清管作业的影响;简化了积水静压阻力的计算公式,建立了分段积水柱长度和高程差与积水静压阻力的函数关系式。研究表明:起伏地形对天然气管道输气能力影响明显,未考虑高程差的输量普遍大于考虑高程差因素计算出的输量;起伏地形引发的天然气管道积水静压阻力和段塞流,影响清管器的运行速度和对清管器通过声音的监听;积水静压阻力足够大时,甚至可以击破清管器;通过积水静压阻力计算公式,可以精确确定清管器前后压差,为宝汉天然气管道清管作业提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: Considering actual performance of the Baoji-Hanzhong Natural Gas Pipeline, this paper discusses the impacts of rugged terrain on operations of natural gas pipelines in respect of throughput, as well as the impacts of hydrostatic resistance and slug flows on pigging operations. A simplified calculation equation for hydrostatic resistance of accumulated water is used, and the function between heights and elevation differences of water slugs and the hydrostatic resistance is determined. Research results show that rugged terrains may significantly affect transportation capacities of natural gas pipelines. Throughputs without consideration to differences in elevations are generally higher than those with the differences considered. In addition, hydrostatic resistances and slug flows induced by rugged terrain may negatively affect both travelling speeds and audio monitoring over pigs. Hydrostatic resistances may even be high enough to break pigs. By using the simplified calculation equation for hydrostatic resistance, the pressure deviations before and after pigs can be determined accurately. The research results may provide theoretical guidance for pigging operations along the Baoji-Hanzhong Natural Gas Pipeline.
