离心压缩机运行养护通用性软件的开发与应用

Development and application of universal operating maintenance software for centrifugal compressors

  • 摘要: 压气站是天然气长输管道的核心部分,保证压缩机平稳运行并做好日常运行养护非常重要。基于离心压缩机特性曲线编写了离心压缩机运行养护软件YSJ_YXYH,其分为性能测试与能耗测试两部分。该软件可以模拟确定工况下压缩机运行参数,继而为压缩机运行工况调整给出参考意见;可以模拟确定工况下压气站运行费用,进而得出压缩机在保证高效区运行条件下的最优能耗,实现对压缩机运行的养护。根据国内某压气站的历史数据对该软件的性能进行验证:分别使用YSJ_YXYH与SPS软件计算出固定工况下压缩机的运行参数与运行费用,并与实际运行值比较,结果显示YSJ_YXYH的计算结果更加接近实际运行值;利用YSJ_YXYH计算出了该压气站的最优能耗并确定该站压缩机效率处于高效区,其能耗明显优于实际能耗。结合上述结果给出的针对该压气站的实际运行建议,可为其压缩机安全平稳运行提供有效的技术保障。

     

    Abstract: Compressor station is essential to long-distance gas pipelines, so it is crucial to ensure smooth operation of compressors and carry out routine maintenance seriously. In this paper, the software YSJ_YXYH for the operating maintenance of centrifugal compressors was developed based on the characteristic curves of centrifugal compressors. This software is divided into two parts, i.e., performance testing and energy consumption testing. It can simulate the operating parameters of compressors under the certain working conditions so as to put forward the reference opinions for adjusting the operating conditions of compressors. And it can simulate the operating costs of the compressor stations under the certain working conditions so as to provide the optimal energy consumption of compressors while they can operate efficiently, and realize operating maintenance of compressors. The performance of this software was verified by taking the historical data of a domestic compressor station as the example. The operation parameters and operation costs of compressors under the certain working conditions were calculated using YSJ_YXYH and SPS respectively and then compared with the actual operation values. It is shown that the calculation results of YSJ_YXYH is much closer to the actual operation values. The optimal energy consumption of the compressor station was worked out by YSJ_YXYH. It is confirmed that the efficiency of the compressor in this station is at high-efficiency zone, and its energy consumption is much better than the actual value. Finally, some suggestions which were proposed for the actual operation of this compressor station by YSJ_YXYH can provide effectively technical support for the safe and smooth operation of compressors in gas stations.
