天然气管道燃驱压缩机组的可靠性

Reliability of gas turbine driven compressor sets for gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 天然气管道燃驱压缩机组具有子系统多、控制系统复杂、故障频率较高、不易维护的特点,燃驱压缩机组失效将直接影响输气管道的可靠性和站场的安全性。建立了可靠度、故障率、平均无故障时间、修复率、平均维修时间等指标的燃驱压缩机组可靠性指标,对西一线、西二线等管道的14个站场36套燃驱压缩机组2012-2014年运行的和停机数据进行可靠性指标计算与分析,给出了机组的可靠度函数。结果表明:当天然气管道燃驱压缩机组投入运行3年后,故障率、平均修复时间及修复率较为稳定,故障发生情况具备较明显的浴盆曲线特征,研究成果可以为机组的安全可靠运行和科学维修提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The gas turbine driven compressor sets of gas pipelines are characterized with multiple subsystems, complex control system, high failure frequency and poor maintainability. The failure of gas turbine driven compressor sets has a direct effect on the reliability of gas transmission pipelines and the safety of compressor stations. In this paper, the reliability indexes of gas turbine driven compressor sets were established, including reliability, failure rate, mean time between failures (MTBF), repair rate, and mean time to repair (MTTR). Then, reliability index calculation and analysis were performed on the operation and shutdown data of 36 gas turbine driven compressor sets at 14 compressor stations in West-East Gas Pipelines I and II during 2012-2014. Finally, the reliability function of compressor sets was developed. It is shown that the failure rate, MTTR and repair rate of gas turbine driven compressor sets in gas pipelines are relatively stable three years after they are put into operation. And once a failure occurs, the characteristic of bathtub curve is presented obviously. The research results provide a reference for the safe and reliable operation and scientific maintenance of gas turbine driven compressor sets.
