氮气式水击泄压阀设定压力精度的影响因素

Factors affecting set pressure precision of nitrogen surge relief valve

  • 摘要: 为了揭示影响氮气式水击泄压阀设定压力精度的关键因素,从氮气式水击泄压阀的结构组成和工作原理入手,建立了影响氮气式水击泄压阀设定压力临界点处的力学关系方程,分析认为影响氮气式水击泄压阀设定压力精度的主要影响因素是减压阀的精度、环境温度对氮气压力的影响、活塞体所受摩擦力、阀座密封结构的设计及弹簧刚度的稳定性等,进而提出了控制设定压力精度的的方法。根据该理论改进的氮气式水击泄压阀,获得了设定压力精度达到±1%的试验结果。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the key factors affecting the precision of nitrogen surge relief valve's set pressure, mechanical relation equation affecting critical set pressure of nitrogen surge reliever is established on the basis of its structure and operation principle. It is shown that the precision of nitrogen surge relief valve's set pressure is mainly influenced by the precision of pressure reducing valves, the effect of environmental temperature on nitrogen pressure, the friction on the piston body, the design of the seat sealing structure and the stability of the spring stiffness. Some methods are provided to control the precision of set pressure. It is revealed by the test results that the precision of set pressure reaches ±1% after the nitrogen surge relief valve are improved on the basis of the theories proposed in this paper.
