气液执行机构电子爆管保护的原理及应用

Principle and application of electronic line break protection of gas over oil actuator

  • 摘要: 基于国内天然气管道紧急截断保护的关键装备——气液执行机构的研制过程和产品应用的经验及成果,结合国内诸多设计、施工和用户单位对电子爆管保护功能认知不足的现状,有针对性地对当前天然气管道常见的气液执行机构电子爆管保护单元的基本构成、工作原理及功能特点等进行了详细介绍,阐述了电子爆管保护单元在实际使用中涉及到的国内和国际上强制要求的标准和规范,最后介绍了近年出现的爆管保护新技术及其应用特点,以期对国内天然气管道气液执行机构爆管保护的合理设计、正确施工及有效管理提供参考。

     

    Abstract: For gas over oil actuator, a key equipment of emergency shut down for natural gas pipeline protection commonly used in China, many design units, construction units and users have insufficient understanding to the functions of its electronic line break protection. Based on the development and application of this product, this paper introduces in detail the basic parts, operating principles and functional characteristics of the electronic line break protection unit of gas over oil actuator common in the natural gas pipelines. Furthermore, this paper expounds the standards and specifications compulsory both at home and abroad in actual application, and also introduces the recently occurred line break protection technologies and their applications. The study results can provide useful reference for rational design, correct construction and effective maintenance of line break protection of gas over oil actuator of natural gas pipelines in China.
