长输管道三维设计桌面云系统的建设与应用

Development and application of 3D desktop cloud system for long-distance pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了满足长输管道数字化设计对计算机性能及信息安全的需求,通过深入研究桌面虚拟化技术及其工作原理,结合长输管道数字化设计的特点,提出了基于图形虚拟化的桌面云解决方案:采用虚拟化技术,利用分层/耦合原理将用户数据、应用程序以及桌面操作系统从物理客户端剥离出来,集中存放到数据中心,将桌面作为一种服务按需提供给设计用户。实际应用结果表明:长输管道三维设计桌面云技术不仅满足数字化设计需要,资产利用率从约25%提高至85%,且实现了终端无数据化,保障了数据的安全。该技术首次大规模成功应用于长输管道,可为今后同类项目的设计提供借鉴经验。

     

    Abstract: In order to satisfy the demands for computer performance and information security in digital design of long-distance pipeline, this paper presents a desktop cloud solution based on GPU virtualization through study of desktop virtualization technology and its working principle, and in combination with the characteristics of digital design. With the virtualization technology, the user data, application and desktop operating system can be isolated from the physical client using the layered/coupled principle, and then be stored in the data center. The desktop is taken as a service to be provided to the design user by on-demand. The practical application shows that the desktop cloud technology based on 3D design meets the need of digital design and improves asset utilization rate from about 25% to 85%. In addition, it ensures the security of data without the data in the client. The technology has been successfully applied in the design of long-distance pipeline for the first time, providing reference for similar projects in the future.
