高压涡轮流量计及流量计算机的工业性试验

Industrial test of high pressure turbine flowmeter and flowrate computer

  • 摘要: 目前国内缺乏自主研发的高压涡轮流量计,而西气东输、川气东送等输气管道对用于贸易计量的涡轮流量计与流量计算机需求旺盛,为此,研发了用于输气管道的TBQM型高精度高压涡轮流量计及FC型流量计算机。介绍了TBQM型高精度高压涡轮流量计的工作原理及性能测试情况,包括耐久性试验、弯矩与扭矩试验、短时过载试验、扰动试验、高低温性能测试等。研发的FC型流量计算机可以连接4路流量计,且具有能量计量功能,可直接通过配置的RS485通信接口接收气相色谱仪的组分分析结果。为了更好地验证TBQM型高精度高压涡轮流量计与FC型流量计算机的准确性和可靠性,分别在镇江分输站、滁州分输站、青山分输清管站进行了超过半年的现场工业性试验,结果表明各项指标和技术性能完全满足工业贸易计量的要求。

     

    Abstract: In China now, no high pressure turbine flowmeter is developed independently, and turbine flowmeter and flowrate computer used for trade measurement is highly demanded for long-distance, large-diameter and high pressure natural gas pipelines, such as West-to-East Gas Pipeline, and Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline. Accordingly, TBQM high precision and high pressure turbine flowmeter and FC flowrate computer are developed. This paper presents the working principle and performance test of the TBQM high precision and high pressure turbine flowmeter, including durability test, bending moment and torque test, short-time overload test, disturbance test, and high/low temperature performance test. The FC flowrate computer can be connected to four flowmeters. It has the function of energy measurement and is equipped with the RS485 communication interface to receive component analysis results from gas chromatography. To further verify the accuracy and reliability of TBQM high precision and high pressure turbine flowmeter and FC flowrate computer, industrial field tests have been carried out in Zhenjiang Offtake Station, Chuzhou Offtake Station, and Qingshan Offtake and Pigging Operation Station respectively for more than half a year. The results show that all the indexes and technical performance can meet the requirements of industry trade measurement.
